Spend four days with Allegra and Navé at the Lake Eden Retreat Center outside artists’ Mecca Asheville, NC. This gorgeous wooded expanse, centered on a lake, should still be blazing with fall colors, You’ll draw deep inspiration from the serenity of the natural world, and discover the ease and enjoyment of the Imaginative Storm method.
You’ll learn how to surprise yourself on the page, how to tell your story with authenticity and originality, and how to shape your work into something that intrigues a reader. You’ll leave with a powerful set of tools to take into the rest of your writing life.
We’ll meet for welcome drinks the evening before we begin. Then, we’ll spend three hours each morning in the group, writing to prompts specifically designed to build through the workshop. In the afternoons we’ll meet again for a shorter group session. Allegra will be available for hour-long one-on-one sessions in the afternoons and early evenings, and Nave will be available in the earlier part of the morning.
Accommodation is not included. Reserve self-catering accommodation at Lake Eden Retreat Center, or stay in a hotel in nearby Black Mountain or Asheville.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received less than 21 days before start date will receive no refund. Cancellations received before then will receive a full refund minus 10% handling cost.
